VAGDEVI VILAS INSTITUTIONS always try to boost the faculty members ,and train them to be more effective in their roles.

VVI  not only known for producing wonderful results year on year, but also stands equally to hold the responsibility to train the faculty that equips teachers with techniques and modern pedagogy strategies that helps them to connect with the students in a better way.

A well planned  induction programme for training the faculty across the branches of VVI was organised for 10 days (15/05/2024 to 24/05/2024).  Training gives the teachers opportunity for continuous professional development-to learn new ways ,methodology and implementation of tools.

Training sessions by most eminent speakers like Dr Gururaj Karajagi, Sri Dr Shatavadhani Ganesh , Sri K Harish ( Chairman of VVI), Dr Poonam Tyagi (Inhouse Counsellor) and in-house Academic advisors on varied topics for  ensuring quality education.

R & D department conducted sessions to empower our teachers with activity based teaching in Math and Science and teachers visited the ATAL lab to develop their life skills.

A special musical concert was conducted by our talented music teachers of across the branches and yoga session was organised by our  esteemed yoga trainers to keep the mind and body in healthy state.

The teachers were also given an opportunity to have a healthy discussion with the respective subject teachers across the branches to share their ideas and to plan for the activity-based teaching-learning process for the academic year 2024-25.

“Prior Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance” with this note our teachers reported back to their respective branches to take over the new academic session with full enthusiasm on 25/05/2024.
