“Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfilment

, harmony between man and nature , a holistic approach to health and well-being.”

International yoga day(21st June) was celebrated in our school by the students and teachers with great enthusiasm. The students demonstrated various asanas and performed Surya Namaskar. Importance of these asanas was explained to the students by the yoga teacher. The celebration concluded with synchronized recitation of shlokas.

Regular practice of yoga will surely help our students to achieve a better life, physically, mentally and spiritually.
