INDUCTION PROGRAM (2025-26)

“TRAINING IS NOT AN EXPENSE,BUT AN INVESTMENT IN  HUMAN CAPITAL”

Training for teachers enables them to stay updated with the latest educational practices,enhance their skills and ultimately improve student outcomes.From 16^th May till 26^th May 2025, our organization conducted an induction program for employees. The program aimed to familiarize them with the institution’s culture, policies, and expectations.

* The program began with a warm welcome address by the Chairman Shri K Harish, highlighting the Institutions vision and mission and introduction of new employees.

* Workshops were conducted by both in-house & from other disciplines were invited.

A special mention about Shri GURURAJ KARJAGI sir’s session, which was on the much needed topic of the hour PATRIOTISM. It definitely instilled & evoked  a true sense of pride & belongingness to our great nation, Bharath.

Special session was conducted by Mr Mahesh Hegde and Mr Arun Desai  to improve the skill of teaching through activity based teaching.

Sessions were conducted by our eminent academic advisors , on the topics which every teacher have to apply & update themselves with for an effective classroom.

And the much awaited session was by our Chairman sir’s  on the topic, POSITIVE MIND POSITIVE LIFE. It was truly an inspiring session and a great wrap of the induction program.

For sure every session had lot of take away for the teacher.

The program received positive feedback from participants, who appreciated the comprehensive overview of the Institution. The induction program aimed to:

1. Foster a sense of belonging: Help new employees feel welcome and integrated into the institution.
2. Clarify expectations: Ensure employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and institution’s policies.
3. Boost productivity: Equip employees with necessary knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.

The induction program was a success, providing  employees with a solid foundation to excel in their roles and ensure quality education.
