Parents’ Orientation 2026-27

“Together may we give our children the roots to grow and the wings to fly.”

Vagdevi Vilas School, Nelamangala, organized an orientation programme for the parents of  Grade I to X students  to ensure a smooth and informed transition into the school years in the first and third week of June . The session aimed to familiarise both students and parents with the philosophy of holistic development that our school strongly upholds- “EDUCATION BEYOND ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE”.     

The programme was graced by the Administrator Shri Ranjith, Principal Smt Renugadevi and Vice Principal, Shri Raghavendra Bhatt, the Coordinator, teachers, and the parents’. The session commenced with a warm welcome and an inspiring address by our esteemed Principal, emphasizing on the importance of partnership between the school and parents in nurturing responsible, confident, and balanced individuals. Her words set the tone for the enriching session that followed.

The programme highlighted the changes in the curriculum for the academic year 2026-27 and with the add on optional subjects introduced by the CBSE for the different levels. Principal also emphasized on the school rules, uniform guidelines, regularity in completion of academic works, structured assessment model, fine arts, partnership programmes like PTMs, Parents Forum, etc.

 The school assured its full support and guidance to both students and parents throughout the academic journey, also stressed on the active involvement and continuous support of parents in helping the students grow into confident, compassionate, and capable individuals which help in building a strong foundation for their future.

An interactive Q&A session allowed parents to voice their queries and clear doubts regarding school timings, assessments, and communication channels.
